My Salvation Testimony

I was raised in a Christian home and was in church since before I can remember.  As a young child, I heard the Gospel many times.  It wasn't till I was five years old though, that I realized that this glorious message was for me!  It was a Sunday and in the morning service my Pastor preached a message on hell.  After returning home that afternoon, I felt the conviction of the Spirit heavily pressing on my soul.  I do not remember the exact words but right there beside my bed I told God that I knew I was a sinner and couldn't save myself.  I asked Him to come into my heart, save me, and take me to heaven someday.  A year and a half later on March 11, 2001, I was baptized by immersion.

My Call to Ministry

As I entered into high school and probably even before then, I felt God calling me into the ministry.  I was terrified of public speaking so I resisted God for many years.   Finally in eleventh grade during a missions conference I broke.  I read in my devotions that morning about Moses and the excuses he made to God.  He didn't want to go to Pharaoh for the same reasons that I was resisting the ministry!  Moses said he was slow of speech and of a slow tongue.  God answer simply was, " . . . Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord? Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."  (Exodus 4:11-12)
After this I learned that a call to ministry is a call to prepare!  During the years 2011-2015 I attended Ambassador Baptist College earning a Bible degree with a minor in Evangelism. While at ABC, I met the woman who would eventually become my wife after graduation, Kaitlyn. We were married in May of 2015.

Ministry Experience

We had the privilege of serving as the Assistant Pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Chester Springs, PA for over 5 years under the ministry of Pastor Daniel Mawson. This provided us with invaluable ministry experience as well as a love for serving God’s people. By faith, we launched out into full-time Evangelism in January of 2022.

Our Statement of Faith

I believe…

  • In the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Old and New Testaments – 2 Tim. 3:16

  • In the preservation of God’s Word through the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Textus Receptus and that the best English translation available right now from these two sources is the King James version, which we use exclusively in our ministry – Ps. 12:6-7

  • In one God in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – 1 John 5:7

  • That God created the world in six literal twenty-four hour days and rested on the seventh as an example to us – Gen. 1:1 – 2:1

  • That all mankind is sinful, in need of salvation, and unable to save himself – Rom. 3:23, 6:23

  • That Christ died for the sins of all mankind and that salvation is by grace, through faith alone, based upon the finished work of Christ on the cross – Eph. 2:8-9

  • In the bodily resurrection of Christ and His bodily ascension into heaven, where He now intercedes for believers – I Cor. 15:3-4; Rom. 8:34

  • In the reality of a literal, eternal Heaven and Hell – Luke 16

  • That man was created as a responsible being and as such, he may choose to accept or resist the grace of God –Rom. 1:18–21

  • In the eternal security of the believer – John 10:28, John 3:16

  • That the local church is God’s institution to carry out the Great Commission and discipleship – Acts 2:47; Matt. 28:19-20

  • That the two ordinances of the local church are baptism by immersion for believers only (Matt. 28:19; Acts 8:36-37) and the Lord’s Supper as a memorial – I Cor. 11:25

  • In the pre-tribulational rapture of all believers – 1 Thess. 4:16-18

  • In the premillennial return and millennial reign of the Lord Jesus Christ – Rev. 20

  • In the judgment of believers at the Judgment Seat of Christ (II Cor. 5:10) and the judgment of unbelievers at the Great White Throne – Rev. 20:11

  • In the obligation of every believer to live a holy life (II Cor. 6:17; I Peter 1:15-16) and to witness to the lost of the saving power of Christ – Mark 16:15

  • That God has given gifts to each believer to strengthen the local church and that the pastor and the evangelist are given to perfect the believers in the church today – Eph. 4:8-13

  • That speaking in tongues and the working of sign miracles gradually ceased as the New Testament Scriptures were completed and their authority became established – I Cor. 13:8-10

  • That God designed the biblical institution of marriage and that it is defined as one man and one woman together and that once they are joined, they should remain in that union until the death of one or both – Gen. 2:24

  • That God created music for our enjoyment but ultimately as a tool through which we can glorify Him. As such our music ought to be free of worldly influences, both in lyrics and in the music itself – I John 2:15, Eph 5:19
